Anita Cordell has been professionally acting since 2006 and has started producing media content since 2010. She has earned multiple awards both from behind the camera on her production work as well as in front of the camera, including Best Actress Award for her role in 'House Mother' at ICFF in 2016. Anita founded I WiLL RISE as an umbrella for her film content to implore the communities at large to RISE UP and help make positive change.

Meggie Jenny has been an entertainer her entire life. She took the stage for the first time at the age of 12. She transitioned to film and television work in 2015 and has since worked on several projects, earning several awards, both in front and behind the camera. Making films that make a difference is a heartfelt passion of hers. Whether it be to entertain with clean comedy or shed light onto issues that plaque our society, the entertainment industry is one that can open hearts and allow a safe escape from life.

She has made herself available for multiple film sets Produced under I Will Rise and serves in any capacity needed, from cast to crew. She has been involved in the Professional Fine Arts community for more than 25 years years. Not only does she bring a wealth of experience, but she's a team player and fits right into the crew. Her most recent involvements in the Fine Arts Community is her devotion to community theatre. She also assists with the vocal coaching and preliminary judging in the KC Superstar competition and is a conference and worship speaker for the Wife Life Conferences. Lisa's work spans across many spectrums including acting, writing, directing, set design and more.

Alan has supported Anita from the onset of I Will Rise and has spent countless hours assisting in building stories, talking thro

Alan Tregoning is a wonder addition to I Will Rise. He is a writer and wrote the screenplay for one of the award winning short films under the I Will Rise project, called 'A Dangerous Profession'. Alan has supported Anita from the onset of I Will Rise and has spent countless hours assisting in building stories, talking through concepts, researching data on trafficking and abuse, and has now joined the Board of Directors. We, as a team, are hoping to bring other screenplays to life in the future. Alan has been writing for film and television for over a decade and has several feature films and a TV series in development. Several television projects have been under consideration at HBO, A&E and Cineflix. His short films have screened at festivals across the country, compiling over 50 awards in the process.
